Shipping and Returns
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. However, due to the nature of our limited-edition boxes, we do not accept returns for simple changes of mind.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product defective or damaged upon receipt
Return procedure:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the product concerned.
2. After validation, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Once the return is received and verified, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
Important conditions:
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt.
We deliver our boxes in France and internationally, in collaboration with reliable carriers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. They will be displayed before payment is confirmed.
Exchange Policy:
We don't offer standard exchanges, as each box is limited edition and its contents are a surprise. However, if an item in your box is defective or incorrect, we'll find a solution!
